1.5.x Edit R8 rerolls (1 Viewer)

Hello, so i'm new to these things and i wanna change R8rX rerolls (on 1.5.5 version) with sELedit++ but there things confusing me.
So let's take for example daggers "Ocean Supreme Stilletos", when i search for it and addons on it i only see 3 "differents" addons rest has their value "0" but in game this weap have many more than 3 stats in rerolls

so at first i thought these "value" of addons was the ID of the stats i could drop on reroll, so i search what is the "1421" which is in first addon (l.47) and i found this



and well ... how to say that at this point i'm totally lost.

so can u help me with this pls ?
+ is there a place where i can find every stats with their ids ?

it would be better if you used RAE or Rody's Elements Editor (RAE): Editor for PW, FW, JD, ESO, SW for editing convenience

is there a way to add some custom stats ?

Im trying to make a Slaying Level +20 stats for Randoms addons
i tried to duplicate the +10 one but how do i make it a "Random addons" to add on R8 rerolls by example ?



the last stats is +10
the one above should be the +20 i made
