Registration scripts not working. (Perfect world) (1 Viewer)

I have tried the script here the one included with my 151 build and several others i cant get the one from here to display and the others wont register an account. I am hoping someone can help me get this right. I used to be heavy into making stuff for these servers i cant help feeling I am missing something.
